Thank you for interest in the Post-Deployment Health Re-Assessment (PDHRA) Program, a military force health protection program designed to enhance the post-deployment continuum of care for service members. The program provides education, screening, assessment of post-deployment health concerns, and referrals for further evaluation and treatment if indicated. This program helps service members move toward a state of wellness in the areas of health, work, and family and be ready for re-deployment.

We currently use travel teams to provide the screening for our service members. Each team, comprised of two health care providers, one behavioral health consultant, and two customer service representatives, is capable of screening up to 60 service members per day.

Travel teams will deploy the day before the screening event. All transportation costs and lodging are scheduled and paid for by Logistics Health, Inc (LHI). Meals are reimbursed at government per diem rates. You will be paid a flat fee per day for on-site events.

Upon receipt of your resume with references, we will complete reference checks and a background check. Once you are approved, you will be contacted to coordinate your training and begin to be placed on the travel team schedule. In the meantime, visit www.pdhealth.mil for information on post-deployment health and www.logisticshealth.com for company information.

Respectfully,
Jerry Fushianes, PA-C
PDHRA Program Manager
